I went to the senior center in Conway to day I met Mr Smith today I had a chat with him he talk to the seniors today he talk to seniors about the services he had he explain to the seniors if we need any of his services he had he would be happy to help them he surprise the seniors he decide to play games he put on a show that bless every one he show so much love to the seniors he talk and told the seniors some awesome things it was so much fun he took his time he spent lots of time he stayed until we finish what we was doing he bought some worker with them they also help the seniors one thing I like like about him he had a awesome smile he went over the top thanks for all the treats you gave we had so much fun.

I’m not even sure where to begin other than to say that Amanda at Smith Family Funeral Home was our angel. I felt like I was working with my own sister in planning the services for our son. She was much more than just a funeral Director for us, she was our light and our strength. Also, every detail was perfectly executed. Thank you for honoring our Colton. Our family will be forever deeply thankful for all of our days.

If I could give this Google review ZERO stars I would! This company has been the most non-compassionate, unaccommodating, dishonest, greedy company I can imagine. Not only would they not allow us time for viewing our family member, they also tried to add hidden charges within a prepaid funeral plan. Please do not waste your family’s time and spend the extra emotions and frustrations with this company!

We’ve had two experiences with Smith Family Funeral Homes and both of those have been fabulous. Peyton in Conway went above and beyond to make our experience as positive as possible given the loss we had experienced. She was compassionate, detailed, and extremely helpful. Similarly, Kathie from the Aftercare Services was fantastic in helping us think through all of the actions and notifications that needed to take place and also took many of those notifications in herself.

Peyton did a great job with the arrangements for my dad - she was professional and caring, no pressure to up sell us services we did not want. Holly in their aftercare services helped immensely with somethings to tie up loose ends related to closing out accounts and other things we didn't think of. Highly recommend Smith!

Used Smith Family & Formally Huson Funeral home since February 1994..Three times now. I've personally used the one in Levy & Sherwood. My husband was there in 1994. They done such a great job that my Dad & Mother signed up with the Pre-Paid Plan. They are so carrying. Great Place. I guess I will be using 2 more times at least. Thank you from the bottom of mine and my family's hearts for being there in every way, shape, and form for my mother's service. We have used Griffin leggett funeral home for the last four family members that have passed on, and each time has been beyond what we could expect. Thank you very much to Allen for making sure my mother was respected and taken care of in every way. The service was beautiful and it was exactly what we had decided on, as he was very thorough and precise when helping us make those decisions. As much as I hope we do not have to be back soon.. when the time does come, I do hope Allen is there to help us again. Thanks again. The McGee family
